Your Appointment
Thank you for booking online. When you arrive for your appointment, please be sure to check in at the reception desk. The receptionist will then notify your stylist that you have arrived and are ready for your scheduled services.
First Appointment
You will be asked to keep a card on file after your first scheduled appointment. This is to help ensure timely payment for all services delivered. You may also be asked to sign a waiver form for any color and other chemical services.
Payment Methods
We accept debit and credit cards. We do not accept cash.
No-Shows
If you do not notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a portion of your scheduled service charge. Our stylists work on commission, and their time is valuable to their livelihood. Please call ahead if you are not able to make your scheduled appointment.
Client Satisfaction / Corrections
At SJB, we provide quality service and always guarantee our work. If you're not completely satisfied with your results, contact us and we’ll schedule an appointment to discuss the issue and work with you to resolve it. Please note that refunds are only considered if we're unable to resolve your concerns.
